Use in Cancer

Trifluridine and tipiracil hydrochloride is approved to treat:

  • Colorectal cancer that has metastasized (spread to other parts of the body). It is used in patients who have already been treated with certain chemotherapy and biologic therapy.

Trifluridine and tipiracil hydrochloride is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
