Use in Cancer
Encorafenib is approved to be used with binimetinib to treat:
- Melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has metastasized (spread to other parts of the body). It is used in patients whose disease has a certain mutation in the BRAF gene.
Encorafenib is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
