Use in Cancer

Brigatinib is approved to treat:

  • Non-small cell lung cancer that has a mutation in the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene and has metastasized (spread to other parts of the body). Brigatinib is used in patients who cannot be treated with crizotinib or have gotten worse while taking crizotinib.

Brigatinib is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.
